Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment, providing your ordered items are in stock. We process orders Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will be notified once any ordered items are available.

Online orders are shipped via Australia Post eparcel. Regular post is usually received within 3 to 8 working days of postage, and parcel and express post within 2 working days of postage (depending upon location). A card may be left if no one is available to accept the parcel.

Studio Blaque does not accept any responsibility for any goods not collected from a collection point within the allocated pick up time frame. If goods are shipped back to our studio for failure to collect, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs.


Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.

Studio Blaque packages all our parcels with care and attention, so the occurrence of damage during transit or faulty items are rare, but should it occur please contact us at hello@studioblaque.com.au within 48 hours and we’ll resolve as best we can.

The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

Follow the steps below to request a return:

  1. Email hello@studioblaque.com.au with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items.
  2. Studio Blaque will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.
